Draftsman for open space planning (m/f/d)



YOUR new job as a professional in open space planning offers plenty of scope for design in the area of implementation planning and construction management. Your work will focus on the creation of detailed construction drawings and planning documents. You will be responsible for sub-projects. Coordinating with internal and external specialist planners and clients and supporting the project team in all planning matters will also be part of your varied tasks.

You bring with you:

- Training as a draftsman and/or qualified technician in this field or comparable qualification

- At least 3 years of professional experience in open space and implementation planning

- Knowledge of the relevant regulations and standards

- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken German

- Confident handling of MS Office (M365) and a CAD program, preferably VectorWorks

- Independent and autonomous way of working
