With the deputies, landscape architects Katrin Schube from Magdeburg and Catharina Bankert-Hahn from Halle, the team faces the task of communicating the numerous topics of climate protection and green infrastructure as central competencies of landscape architects in the state. The office of the treasurer takes over further Landschaftsarchitektin Ulrike Schmeil from resounds.

"...To organise association work for a small but equally committed professional group is not always easy", the Chamber of Architects aptly states. The federal association supported its regional associations here. Thus the program for legal advice and further training would be considerable. The chamber of architects further: "Importantly: The bdla is an "instance" with the preparation and execution of the national garden shows.

Current plans include the launch of the Central German Student Competition of the bdla to promote young professionals. "Sponge City" is this year's theme, coordinated by Saxony-Anhalt. The Chamber of Architects also draws attention to the training centre for landscape architects in Saxony-Anhalt, the Anhalt University of Applied Sciences, based in Bernburg (Saale). With these courses of study in landscape architecture, Saxony-Anhalt serves offices and administrations throughout Germany and beyond.
