As our new Project Manager Landscape Architecture (f/m/d), you will not only become part of our passionate team, but also a designer of unique living spaces.



TASKS

Management and coordination of projects in the field of open space and garden planning from concept development to implementation

Working closely with clients to understand their requirements and integrate them into the design processes

Development of creative design concepts taking into account aesthetic, functional and ecological aspects

Creation of detailed planning documents, presentations and visualizations if necessary

Budget and resource management and ensuring that schedules are adhered to

Coordinating the implementation and execution of projects with the specialist companies involved in the construction and ensuring cooperation for a smooth project process



QUALIFICATIONS

You have a degree in landscape architecture or comparable.

You have experience in the planning and realization of projects in the field of open space planning

Confident handling of relevant planning software (e.g. Vectorworks, SketchUp, ...)

Creativity, innovative thinking and an eye for aesthetics

Very good written and spoken German
