The City of Essen is looking for a*n
for Department 67 -Green and Gruga


Clerk for cross-divisional planning, construction management

to implement the goals of school development planning.



Pay grade 12 TVöD | full-time | permanent | application deadline: 11.08.2024 | reference number: 2024-22-67-TD-VI



The position can also be filled by part-time employees.



You will support the Grün und Gruga team with these tasks:

- Conception and updating of an educational green space concept including planting and maintenance planning

- Project management

Preparation of landscape architectural plans (all HOAI service phases) for new construction, conversion

and for the expansion of play and exercise areas at daycare centers and schools

- Commissioning of external planning services

- Construction management



This profile distinguishes you:

- Completed degree in engineering (FH) or Bachelor of Engineering in landscaping and green space management, landscape planning, landscape architecture or a comparable

Degree program

- At least three years of professional experience

- Experience in project planning and construction management

- Experience in project management

- Good knowledge in the use of AutoCAD and digital planning programs
