Job Description

Your tasks:

- You are responsible for the creation of planting plans, from the design to the implementation planning.

- You will plan the outdoor facilities for new construction projects and renovations in rental housing construction as well as for sales houses in the property development business.
- You will also create bills of quantities and take care of the mass determination based on the implementation planning.

- If necessary, you will supervise the construction sites on site together with the construction manager.



You will fit into our team if you

- have completed a degree or comparable qualification in landscape architecture, open space planning or landscaping or have relevant training with several years of professional experience.

- have good knowledge of AutoCAD and the MS Office package and are interested in project planning in all service phases.

- are characterized by your knowledge of plants.

- consider a structured and reliable way of working to be a matter of course and have strong teamwork and communication skills.

- ideally have business fluent German language skills.
