.
To do this, we need you as soon as possible in the Urban Green Department of the Engineering Office as



Engineer (m/f/d) specializing in landscape architecture



This is a permanent, full-time position, with remuneration depending on personal qualifications up to pay group 11 TVöD-V.



You will mainly be responsible for the following tasks:

-Independent processing and handling of projects in all service phases

of the HOAI

-Development of design objectives and concepts, preparation of

target discussions, preparation of preliminary designs, drafts and cost estimates

-Implementation planning in conjunction with the development of

specifications

-supervision of the implementation of the construction project as part of site management

-Visualization of the planning results in the corresponding work phases

-Coordination of the planners and specialist departments involved in the planning and construction project



Your profile:

-Completed engineering degree (Dipl. Ing., Bachelor or Master) in the

specialization in landscape architecture

-good creative expression in relation to technical planning

-good knowledge in the application of the program AutoCad (Autodesk)

-Mastery of the standard business software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

-Knowledge in the use of a tendering program

-Assertiveness with regard to the implementation of planning

-Ability to work in a team

-a reliable and forward-looking way of working and good

organizational skills

-Willingness to familiarize yourself with the software inherent in administration

-interest and open-mindedness for the goals and processes of a

local administration

-Citizen orientation and experience in project work
