We are looking for support in office management as soon as possible!

We are looking for organizational talents with commercial training who have an interest in digitization.

Requirements:

- Completed training in office management or comparable

- Several years of professional experience (at least 2 years)

- Very confident with Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and the associated tools

- Confident handling of DATEV

- Good knowledge of tendering and controlling software, ideally Loreg RP Pro

- German language skills at least at C1 level

- Friendly and competent demeanor, flexibility and enjoy solving problems

Areas of responsibility:

Bookkeeping:

- Preparatory payroll accounting/bookkeeping (DATEV), communication with tax office

- Project accounting and invoicing in RP Pro

- Incoming payment control, dunning and invoice payment

- Dealing with e-invoices

Acquisition:

- Preparatory quotation processing

- Checking and submitting quotations (AVA programs, supplier portals)

- Order control

- Maintenance of the company website

Human resources:

- Contract management

- Personnel interview preparation and follow-up

- Communication with insurance providers (motor vehicle, occupational pension, life insurance)

Secretariat:

- Organization and implementation of procedures/processes

- Procurement of materials

- Communication - telephone, e-mail, cover letters

- Incoming and outgoing mail
