The Lower Saxony Urban Safety Partnership (SIPA) under the leadership of the Lower Saxony State Prevention Council has developed the "Liveable Neighborhood" guideline. The tools were tested in the spring of 2022 in the two neighborhoods of Wunstorf Barne and Eisenbahnquartier Leinhausen in Hanover.

The results will be presented at the annual conference and discussed with selected experts what consequences can be drawn from the new neighborhood orientation for the state level, for municipalities and for the housing industry.
