The event is dedicated to the current state of discussions on GDI (gender equality, diversity, inclusion) in landscape architecture and is the bdla's prelude to the WILA Festival 2025. It highlights both GDI in the planning office and gender- and diversity-sensitive approaches in planning processes. The topics will be developed together in keynote speeches, discussions and workshops. The central message: using the potential of GDI for offices and professional practice creates added value for everyone.

A practical excursion on Saturday, March 15, 2025, rounds off the event.
