The bdla provides information on central topics and current developments in landscape architecture in a variety of publications. We offer much of it free of charge - as a download or by placing an order.

The association magazine "Landschaftsarchitekten" is a discussion and information medium for landscape architects in the bdla. It is published quarterly by Patzer Verlag and is sent to all bdla members.

The Landscape Architects' Handbook is published annually in August by Patzer Verlag and can be ordered directly from the publisher. It contains the addresses of all bdla members, a list of experts, the functionaries at bdla-Bund and the regional groups. It also contains a list of addresses relevant to the profession, including universities, authorities and associations. Statutes of the bdla and current positions complete the handbook.

Outstanding planning achievements submitted to the German Landscape Architecture Award competition are presented by the bdla in exclusive publications on current German landscape architecture.  Previous publications were published by Birkhäuser Verlag and can be purchased in bookshops.
