FUGMANN JANOTTA PARTNER Berlin offers the position of a project manager for the area of approval planning for grid expansion electricity



We are looking for

Dipl.-Ing./Bachelor/Master landscape architecture, landscape planning, geoecology, nature conservation or comparable



for the area of environmental planning with a focus on approval planning for grid expansion, in particular the preparation of spatial impact studies, strategic environmental assessments, environmental impact assessments and landscape conservation planning for major projects.


FUGMANN JANOTTA PARTNER have been contributing to the success of grid expansion and the energy transition through their planning work for several years. In frontrunner projects, we successfully meet the challenge of complex and diverse tasks with ambitious expansion targets. We are characterized by a high level of technical expertise within our office as well as in close cooperation in interdisciplinary planning teams.



Our network expansion team currently consists of four employees under the professional leadership of a managing director. Due to upcoming restructuring of internal office processes, we are looking for support in the processing and project management of approval projects in electricity grid expansion at the earliest possible date. In addition to three current projects for the transmission system operator 50Hertz, further projects are pending against the background of the implementation of the current Electricity Network Development Plan (NEP), which are to be accompanied by our office in terms of approval.



Your profile

- Several years of experience in the processing of SEAs, EIAs and LBPs for large

linear infrastructure projects (e.g. supply lines, roads, railroads)

- Knowledge of current case law on environmental legislation (in particular species

and area protection, water law, environmental assessment)

- Good knowledge of ecological contexts and planning

implementation

- Experience in the development of compensation concepts

- Confidence in the common GIS software ArcGIS

- Good communication skills

- Successfully completed studies in the field of landscape planning,

geoecology, nature conservation or comparable

- Independent work, structuring of complex tasks and

independently finding solutions to problems



Your tasks

- Maintaining an overview of the project (schedule, hourly budgets), project-related

organize and coordinate tasks in the project team, lead the project team

and provide technical support
