LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT - wanted in Berlin with immediate effect!

To strengthen our team in Berlin, we are looking for a committed Bachelor/Master Landscape Architect with at least 3-5 years of professional experience to work on challenging projects in the work phases 3-7 (HOAI outdoor facilities) - focus on work planning tender.



Your areas of responsibility

- Project processing and project management for LP 3-7 of the open space planning

- Technical development of innovative designs

- Close coordination with clients and authorities

- Presentation of projects (e.g. to clients, authorities

and in committee meetings)



Your qualifications

- Successfully completed studies, at least 3 years of professional experience

- Experience in all service phases of open space planning

- Good ability to convert design into work planning

- Sound legal knowledge (VOB, LBO, HOAI, ABau)

- Good IT skills (AutoCAD, Vectorworks, MS Office, AVA programs (Orca), Adobe

Creative Suite, ...)

- Ability to work independently, team player, flexibility, reliability

Our work in Berlin focuses on the planning of high-quality urban spaces, sustainable outdoor facilities, refurbishment measures that protect historical monuments, the development of concepts for parks and playgrounds, as well as a wide range of competition participations with partner offices.
Our Berlin methodology ranges from classic hand-drawn sketches to modern virtual reality representations.

We work on exciting and challenging (large-scale) projects
