To support our team in the Environmental Planning department, we are looking for you as a landscape planning expert (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

Pay grade E 14:
Remuneration will be paid in accordance with the above-mentioned pay group in accordance with the collective agreement classification regulations of the TV-Autobahn. Recognition of the pay grade will be decided according to individual work experience.
Your tasks include in particular:
- Conceptual planning and control of resources as well as organization and further development of the department in landscape planning issues
- Technical supervision of the field offices in the area of landscape planning
- Quality assurance and technical advice to the field offices on projects and technical contributions (e.g. environmental impact studies, species protection technical contributions)
- Developing and updating technical specifications and guidelines for the field offices
- Processing complex technical and legal issues
- Representing the branch office in specialist committees and working groups
- Evaluation and processing of current case law, changes to legislation, internal company guidelines, etc.
- Technical guidance and knowledge transfer within the department
- Supporting planning approval procedures and, if necessary, administrative court proceedings
What you should bring with you:
- Academic degree in landscape planning, land management, environmental planning, nature conservation, landscape ecology or comparable planning-related specialist knowledge, qualifications and experience
- Many years of practical professional experience in the field of environmental and landscape planning in connection with infrastructure projects
- Sound and in-depth specialist, legal and methodological knowledge in the context of project-related environmental and landscape planning, including planning law procedures
- In-depth knowledge of planning, road, environmental, nature conservation and administrative law as well as the relevant standards and regulations
- Basic knowledge in the areas of immission control, climate protection and water protection and their integration into project-related landscape planning
- Experienced handling of Microsoft Office and GIS programs
- Very good written and spoken German as well as confident expression and negotiation skills (at least C 2)
