We are looking for the next possible date, limited until 31.12.2026, a:n



Landscape architect (f/m/d) Project management Schöneres Frankfurt

Full-time, part-time

EGr. 11 TVöD



Your tasks will include:



- Project management/control of planning in public open spaces with a focus on open spaces in the Schöneres Frankfurt program

- Representing the interests of the Parks Department in interdepartmental coordination groups

- Ensuring the standards for climate-adapted urban square design in accordance with urban guidelines

- Monitoring the time and cost framework of construction projects

- Creation of templates for the municipal committees



You bring with you:



- Completed university degree (Diploma (FH)/ Bachelor) in landscape architecture / landscape conservation or comparable subject area

- Professional experience in the project management of construction measures

- Motivation to develop climate-resilient open spaces in a high-density city

- Good oral communication skills (at least German language level B2 CEFR)

- Ability to work in a team

- Ability to cooperate and coordinate

- Sound knowledge of construction law, laws and guidelines and in particular VOB and HOAI

- Negotiating skills and assertiveness

- Good IT skills

- Diversity competence
