Your tasks with us are as varied as they are responsible - and never boring:

- Independent management of exciting landscape architecture projects in all HOAI service phases

- Creation of detailed planning documents with CAD

- Management, support and technical supervision of a team of up to six employees

- Coordination with clients, authorities and interdisciplinary project participants

- Quality control and continuous optimization of planning processes



Ideally, this is what sets you apart:

- A degree in the field of landscape architecture

- Five years of professional experience is desirable, ideally in work phases 2-5 (also 6-9) according to HOAI

- Confident handling of CAD software (preferably Vectorworks)

- Initial experience in dealing with 3D modeling, ideally supplemented by knowledge of BIM (not a must!)

- Routine in the use of common MS Office programs

- A keen sense of design and an understanding of structural engineering down to the last detail

- Initial experience in project management and pleasure in passing on knowledge

- Strong communication skills, initiative and a desire to work together as equals

- Business fluent in written and spoken German
