Job Description

We are looking for you as a project manager for special projects in outdoor facilities at our main location at Klagesmarkt for a limited period of two years to complete our WOHNEN team.



These tasks await you

- Supervision and management of special projects with a particular focus on ecological diversity

- Collaboration with various cooperation partners, including interdisciplinary coordination

- Involvement of tenants in social planning projects - you not only actively shape green spaces, but also the social environment

- Responsible for planning, tendering and construction supervision

- Participation in the settlement of subsidies

- Technical advice and support for ecological measures in green space management and contact person within hanova (cross-area coordination)



Your profile

- Completed studies as a graduate engineer (FH/TU) in landscape conservation, horticulture or a comparable qualification

- Reliable IT skills in CAD and AVA programs, MS Word and MS Excel

- Driving license class B

- Personally, you will impress with your ability to work in a team, sense of responsibility and an independent, conceptual way of working

- 37-hour week, 30 days' vacation and Christmas and vacation pay
