Constance is growing. In order to keep pace with this growth and to be able to offer appropriate living space, a new district is to be created as the largest project in the housing action program.



For the challenging planning and design of the new district, we are looking for a committed employee who will work together in a team to develop new and innovative solutions for a future-proof, sustainable city in a cross-sectional manner.



A structured approach is just as important as technical expertise in landscape and urban land-use planning.



Main areas of responsibility:

Handling environmental and landscape planning issues in urban land-use planning and other planning and approval processes as part of the development of the new Hafner district



We offer:

A permanent full-time position (39 hours/week)

Remuneration up to pay group 12 TVöD (€4,295 to €6,712)

We expect:

A university degree in landscape conservation, landscape planning or a comparable course of study

A personality that is open-minded towards a wide range of topics, develops topics independently and brings together different stakeholders in a communicative manner

Sound and practicable knowledge in the field of landscape planning

Knowledge of approval procedures under landscape law, intervention and compensation regulations, environmental law, nature and species protection and biotope types

Professional experience in the processing of environmental planning contributions in urban land use planning is an advantage

Confident handling of CAD / GIS

Interdisciplinary and cross-section-oriented work in project structures

Ability to work in a team, initiative, independence

Willingness to be flexible in terms of time, even during stressful phases of the project

Good organizational, communication and presentation skills
