Then join our Urban and Infrastructure Solutions team as a (Senior) Consultant!



In the area of consulting with a focus on "Urban and Infrastructure Solutions", we deal with early project development, especially in neighborhood and area development. Our consulting services are aimed at both the public and private sectors. The competence of landscape architecture, which is currently being developed, is becoming increasingly important within our consulting services. The field of activity is interdisciplinary and considers the entire value chain of real estate and land development.

Your activities at a glance:



- Providing holistic advice to our clients with a focus on landscape architecture, ideally in all service phases

- Working on various open space projects, including kindergartens, exercise-oriented open spaces and open spaces in urban areas as well as infrastructure projects,

- Project planning of open spaces, across all work phases where possible

- Conceptual work on open space concepts and climate adaptation concepts

- Participation in planning and utilization concepts as part of district or site developments with a focus on open spaces

- Involvement in and implementation of participation formats and participation

- Support for competitions, concept awards and investor selection procedures



Qualifications



- Completed studies in landscape architecture

- Relevant professional experience of at least 5 years, preferably in all work phases

- Chamber entry in a chamber of architects as a landscape architect authorized to submit building documents

- Very good knowledge of industry-standard software (e.g. Vectorworks)

- Very good knowledge of German and very good communication skills

- Good to very good technical understanding

- Flexibility and willingness to travel occasionally depending on the project

- Ideally knowledge of participatory processes and participation
