Job Description

To strengthen our team in Berlin, we are now looking for a dedicated full-time work planner (m/f/d) with a focus on work phases 5-7.

Your areas of responsibility

- Independent processing of work phases 5 to 7 (HOAI)

- Review and further development of design planning with regard to technical feasibility

- Preparation of detailed implementation and work plans

- Development of practical technical solutions and detailed solutions

- Communication and coordination with clients, specialist planners and trades involved

- Delineation and integration of specialist planning services into the overall planning

- Creation of specifications and participation in tendering and awarding

- Quality assurance and coordination with the project team across all planning phases

Your qualifications

- Completed degree in landscape architecture (FH or university)

- Several years of professional experience in implementation and detailed planning and ideally in project management

- Sound knowledge of standards, regulations and legal framework conditions (DIN, FLL, VOB, BauGB)

- Confident handling of CAD programs (Vectorworks or AutoCAD), AVA software (e.g. ORCA) and MS Office

- Experience in cost management and controlling

- Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working

- High level of communication skills and ability to work in a team

- Experience in employee management and feedback processes

- Very good written and spoken German
