Full-time | Location: Stuttgart | Professional experience: min. 6 years



To strengthen our team in Stuttgart, we are now looking for a committed landscape architect (m/f/d) with several years of professional experience to work on challenging projects in service phases 1-8 (HOAI outdoor facilities), with a focus on LP 5-8.



YOUR TASKS

- Independent project processing and management in work phases 1-8, in particular:

o City parks (new facilities and revitalizations)

o Sponge city projects in urban spaces

o Climate-adaptive urban developments

o Sustainable urbanization strategies

o River renaturation and historic parks and gardens

- Development of rainwater concepts (e.g. O-drops-overflow) and collaboration on regional large-scale strategies (e.g. Black to Black - from the Black Forest to the Black Sea)

- Participation in competitions, also in cooperation with international planning and architecture firms

- Close coordination with clients, authorities and specialist planners

- Project presentations to committees, clients and public institutions

- High-quality, independent construction supervision in work phases 5-8

- Technical team leadership

YOUR PROFILE

- Completed studies in landscape architecture

- At least 5 years of professional experience, ideally with a focus on LP 5-8

- Sound knowledge of VOB, LBO and HOAI

- Good IT skills (AutoCAD, AVA programs such as ORCA, MS Office)

- Class B driving license

- Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working

- Ability to work in a team, flexibility and reliability
