Ernst Partner Landschaftsarchitekten are looking for a landscape architect or technician (m/f/d) for the CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT.

Responsibilities
- Independent management and coordination of construction projects in the field of landscape architecture
- Supervision of high-quality construction work
- Leading and coordinating all those involved in the construction project
- Leading construction meetings and participating in planning and
specialist planner meetings
- Creating specifications and participating in contract awards
- Quality, schedule and cost control
- Creating and tracking construction schedules and awarding deadlines
- Checking measurements, invoices and supplements
- Carrying out building inspections of the trades and participating in official inspections and acceptances

Qualifications

- University degree in landscape architecture or civil engineering or

- Several years of professional experience as a site manager in the field of landscape architecture with
