Our Urban Greenery department (67) is looking for motivated reinforcement in the area of planning and construction - as soon as possible and on a full-time, permanent basis - as a

Open space and landscape planner / landscape architect (m/f/d)
Full-time | permanent | E 11 TVöD

These are your tasks:
- You will work independently, in a team of eleven, on object planning projects within the service phases 1-7 HOAI in all areas of green planning
- the focus here is on service phases 5-7 of the HOAI
- In addition, you will be the interdisciplinary project manager in object planning and represent the interests of the department
- You will also coordinate and support external planners from the award procedure through to complete project execution
- Furthermore, you will prepare statements on interdisciplinary green planning issues, such as development plans or urban development contracts
- in addition to planning and monitoring compensatory measures in connection with urban development contracts, you will prepare drafts for political resolutions
- You will also represent the city of Leverkusen in political committees and public meetings

What you bring with you:
- University degree (Diplom [FH] or Bachelor) in landscape conservation or landscape architecture or a comparable technical/engineering degree in a field of study related to your work
- Class B driving license

What makes you strong:
- You have several years of professional experience in landscape conservation, open space planning or landscape architecture
- Ideally, you have professional experience in municipal planning and construction processes
- you also have knowledge of common tendering software and CAD or comparable graphics programs
- You enjoy being creative and developing your own ideas on topics such as modern leisure activities or outstanding school playgrounds and play areas
- You also like to take unconventional approaches, e.g. when it comes to rainwater management
- you also like to contribute your innovative thinking to topics such as climate change and implement your own ideas

- Remuneration: a salary according to pay group 11 TVöD, which is between € 4,032.38 and € 5,975.19 (gross monthly / full-time) depending on proven professional experience, possibility of an annual performance-related one-off payment, new colleagues receive a one-off welcome bonus of an additional € 2,500 (gross)* for career starters* and € 5,000 (gross)* for experienced professionals
