General information
As an experienced landscape architecture firm based in Erfurt, we have been working on a wide range of tasks for municipal, commercial and private clients for over 30 years. In this context, we are primarily involved in object planning projects.

To further strengthen our team, we are looking for active support with immediate effect, in particular for the supervision and structural implementation of our projects.

Responsibilities
- Independent, autonomous, high-quality construction site supervision/construction monitoring
- Compiling and checking documentation
- Leading and coordinating all project participants on the construction site
- Leading construction meetings
- Participation in planning and specialist planning meetings
- Contributing to cost estimates and calculations
- Processing supplementary quotations
- Creating specifications and assisting with contract awards
- Creation and tracking of construction and award schedules
- Quality, deadline and cost control
- Measurement, invoice and verification checks
- Priority processing of service phases 6-9 according to HOAI Freianlagen

Your profile
- Completed technical college / university degree in the field of landscape architecture or civil engineering
- Sound knowledge of AutoCAD planning software, AVA tendering software and common Office applications
- Ability to work in a team, personal responsibility, commitment
- Several years of professional experience is desirable
- Customer and solution-oriented work as well as organizational skills
- Class B driving license
