As of October 1, 2025, we are looking for a Clerk for Open Space Planning and Construction (f/m/d) for the Environment and Garden Office - Open Space Planning Department

You will work in a team of currently 17 employees and will be involved in the realization of a wide variety of projects in all areas of public open spaces, such as playgrounds and sports fields, green spaces and parks or tree planting. Their expertise also flows into the restoration of garden monuments and measures to adapt to climate change.

Your tasks
- Planning, building and renovating public open spaces and public green spaces with a focus on play and sports facilities and tree planting
- Independent processing of work phases 1 to 5 of the Ordinance on Fees for Architectural and Engineering Services (HOAI)
- Tendering and processing contract award matters as well as commissioning and controlling external project partners, in particular construction companies and planning offices
- Exercising the client function and ensuring project targets such as quality, costs and deadlines are met
- Creating measurements and accounting for construction measures
- Carrying out project-related public relations work

Your profile
- completed studies (Bachelor or Diploma) in landscape architecture, landscape planning or a comparable field of study
- Several years of relevant professional experience
- Knowledge and skills in design and implementation planning
- Knowledge of plants, materials and construction technology
- Experience in construction management is desirable
- Knowledge of CAD applications
- Willingness to work in the field
