Job Description

To strengthen our team in Überlingen we are looking for a dedicated BIM Specialist (m/f/d) full-time with immediate effect.

Your areas of responsibility
- Define BIM goals and requirements, create BIM execution plans for the outdoor facilities area
- Collaboration with architects, clients, building authorities and construction stakeholders
- Selecting the right BIM software and tools for the project
- Training and supporting the team in the use of BIM methods and Revit
- Managing the digital model data
- Promoting collaboration between the various experts and stakeholders in the project
- Checking models for consistency, accuracy and completeness and coordinating data exchange between the different trades to minimize interference and errors
- Ensuring that the project complies with relevant BIM standards and regulations, which may vary by country or region
- Monitoring the progress of the BIM project and preparing milestone reports
- Co-designing the digital processes in the office

Your qualifications
- At least 5 years of professional experience and profound skills in BIM of challenging projects and very good German language skills
- Motivated, responsible and independent working in a team
- Possession of a BIM Professional certificate course
- Sound experience with Revit and BIM software
- Team player with a sense of humor and positive attitude
