The Aufbau- und Entwicklungsgesellschaft Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler mbH (AuEG), as a subsidiary of the city, coordinates and implements essential measures for new construction and reconstruction in the urban area after the 2021 flood disaster in the Ahr valley.
To strengthen our "Water/open space planning" team, we are looking to fill the following position as soon as possible

Project management/project control (m/f/d) for the area of landscape architecture/open space planning

to be filled. This is a permanent position with a scope of 30 to 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities:
The tasks of the water/open space planning department include
the restoration or new construction of large green and open spaces along the Ahr in Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler.

The following activities in particular are part of your field of activity:

- Client representation and project management in work phases 1 to 9 HOAI
- Project management including cost, schedule and quality management
- Collaboration on target and quality requirements, in particular with regard to flood resilience and climate impact adaptation
- Cooperation and coordination with offices and authorities, in particular with regard to funding and approvals
- Collaboration on funding applications and calls for funds
- Coordination in connection with other measures and stakeholders, organization of public participation
What you bring with you:
- Completed studies in the field of landscape architecture/open space planning or equivalent qualification (diploma/master's/bachelor's degree)
- Experience in the management/control of construction projects
- Good knowledge of current regulations, standards and legal bases
- Enjoy developing and designing high-quality and exemplary flood-adapted green and open space plans
- Interest in innovative developments for flood resilience and climate impact adaptation
- Creativity for new, integrated solutions
- Structured, independent and responsible way of working
- Possession of a valid class B driving license
- Very good written and spoken German (at least C1)
