Your tasks:
- Designing the housing of tomorrow and working on open space planning solutions with a model character on an international scale
- Target-oriented and budget-responsible implementation of projects across service phases 1-6 in close coordination with other specialist planners and strategic players involved
- Assuming independent and planning project responsibility
- Participation in the continuous optimization of planning processes through digitalization (BIM)
- Contributing your experience and expertise to various planning issues and future topics
- Development of residential open spaces with high aesthetic standards in the context of economic, social and ecological sustainability in a young, professional and interdisciplinary team

What we want from you:
- A degree in landscape architecture / green space management or an equivalent degree
- At least six years of professional experience in an independent planning office
- Specialist knowledge of digital planning with a CAD system (preferably VectorWorks)
- Experience in work phases 1-6 (8) according to HO
