Your tasks:

- As part of a team, you will work independently on open space and object planning projects in all service phases - from basic evaluation, design, implementation planning to construction accounting
- Your focus will be on the graphic and technical implementation of a wide range of planning tasks, such as Creation of digital terrain models DTM, 3D modelling and visualizations, BIM (Building Information Modelling), drag curve analyses, data conversion CAD / GIS
- You deal with new programs (e.g. AI) and check their use for us
- You are the contact person for colleagues in open space and environmental planning for the implementation of complex CAD tasks and problems in digital processing


Your profile:

- You have a degree or training suitable for the range of tasks (e.g. landscape architecture, architectural draftsman)
- You can demonstrate practical professional experience in the areas of responsibility
- You are fit in the common MS Office applications and
have very good knowledge of the programs Autocad Map / Autocad Civil 3D, WSLandcad (urban land use planning module), BIM (Revit) and Vectorworks
- Good knowledge of Sketchup, Photoshop and 3D visualization round off your profile
- You have a high degree of initiative, are used to working independently and in a structured manner and have good communication skills
- You enjoy communicating with people and look for practical solutions in joint discussions
