YOUR TASKS
You will assume technical management responsibility for employees in close coordination with the head of the green spaces department (no disciplinary responsibility).
You will develop and maintain the existing digital green space register in collaboration with the team leaders (4 teams, each with 1 team leader).
You will be responsible for the creation and continuation of a master plan for green space maintenance and the resulting procedural adjustments in the operational area of the green space maintenance and green space technology teams.
You will plan investment and management measures for green spaces and roadside greenery.
You will be responsible for organizing management tasks in collaboration with the operations managers.
You will supervise UvgO and VOB tenders.
You will be responsible for awarding planning contracts.
You will be responsible for assessing and commenting on third-party plans.
You will develop and maintain the digital cadastre.
You will process corporate documents and resolutions.
You will inform citizens and answer incoming inquiries.
You will be the contact person for the department's press and public relations work.
