YOUR TASKS
Together with the head of department and the head of the green space management department, you will define interfaces in the areas of landscape architecture and green space maintenance.
You will prepare specialist topics from the field of landscape architecture and pass these on to your superiors in a structured manner.
You will be responsible for planning new green spaces, designing roadside greenery and developing projects such as playgrounds and town squares.
You will carry out VOL and VOB tenders.
You will also be responsible for awarding planning contracts within the framework of the Public Procurement Act and the municipal committees.
You will prepare statements on plans from external planning offices and internal departments.
You will process corporate documents and resolutions and take on tasks in the area of press and public relations.
You will ensure that citizens are comprehensively informed and answer inquiries on the topics of landscape architecture and green space maintenance.
You prioritize new construction projects as well as major renovations of existing facilities.
They are responsible for drawing up and monitoring budgets.
You will coordinate and prepare responses to local advisory council applications and political inquiries.
You will deputize for the head of the Green Spaces department in their absence.
