PROJECT MANAGEMENT (M/F/D) CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION

WHAT DO WE WANT FROM YOU?

" Professional experience. Ideally, you have already gained professional experience in the later service phases (LP 6-8) and practical experience on the construction site. Perhaps you are a technician, master gardener or have other training with practical experience on construction sites and would now like to work in landscape architecture? No problem. We also welcome career changers!
" Flexibility and diversity. You contribute your core expertise in tendering, awarding and construction supervision, but are open to working with and supporting colleagues in other service phases.
" IT skills. You are confident working with CAD software, preferably Vectorworks, and are familiar with AVA programs.
" Project and organizational skills. You keep an eye on projects, coordinate tasks and meet deadlines. You are familiar with standards and regulations. BGB and VOB are not just three letters for you.
" Initiative and responsibility. You tackle tasks independently, take responsibility and find practicable solutions.
" Team spirit. You enjoy working in a team, supporting colleagues and getting actively involved.
" Communication. You can present complex issues clearly and communicate confidently in German - both orally and in writing.
" Interest in sustainability. You want to use your work to create open spaces that are future-proof, adaptable and climate-friendly.
" Willingness to learn. You are constantly developing, try out new approaches and look forward to exciting challenges.
