WHAT DO WE WANT FROM YOU?

" Professional experience. You have completed training as a draftsman (civil engineering, road construction or landscaping) and already have relevant experience in this profession.
" CAD knowledge. You are confident working with CAD software, preferably Vectorworks.
" Project and organizational skills. Structured, meticulous way of working and good time and task management. You ask questions and familiarize yourself quickly with new topics.
" Attention to detail. Creation and maintenance of execution plans in Vectorworks, planting and maintenance plans, quantity/mass determination (DIN 276) and preparation of bills of quantities (GAEB) in ORCA AVA.
" Personal initiative and responsibility. You get stuck in, take responsibility and proactively find solutions. As the interface between project management, external partners and specialist planning, you maintain an overview.
" Team spirit. You enjoy working in a team, supporting colleagues and getting actively involved.
" Communication. You can present complex issues clearly and communicate confidently in German - both verbally and in writing.
" Interest in sustainability. You want to use your work to create open spaces that are future-proof, adaptable and climate-friendly.
" Willingness to learn. You are constantly developing, try out new approaches and look forward to exciting challenges.
