Job Description

Ernst Partner Landschaftsarchitekten are looking for a landscape architect or technician (m/f/d) for the CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT.

Responsibilities
- Independent management and coordination of construction projects in the field of landscape architecture
- Supervision of high-quality construction work
- Leading and coordinating all project participants in construction
- Leading construction meetings and participating in planning and specialist planner meetings
- Creating service specifications (AVA) and participating in contract awards
- Quality, schedule and cost control
- Creation and tracking of construction and award schedules
- Checking measurements, invoices and supplements
- Carrying out building inspections of the trades and participating in official inspections and acceptances
- Compiling and checking documentation

Qualifications
- University degree in landscape architecture or civil engineering or training as a state-certified construction technician
- Several years of professional experience as a site manager in the field of landscape architecture with responsibility for challenging projects
- Committed, structured, responsible and independent way of working, as well as a high degree of team spirit
- Strong communication skills and assertiveness
- Motivation and high design standards
- Very good written and spoken German
