architect or civil engineer (f/m/d) for project management in the area of cultural foundations up to EG 12 TVöD VKA for our LWL Construction and Real Estate Management Department in the Construction Measures, School and Culture Division, Office Buildings in the Culture Implementation Department. We offer a permanent full-time position (39 hours/week). Part-time work is also possible. Please apply by February 23, 2026, quoting reference number 9001. WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU A completed (technical) university degree (diploma/bachelor's) in architecture or civil engineering (building construction)
or other employees who can demonstrate equivalent skills and experience based on many years of professional activity. This includes, in particular, applicants with further training as a technician (m/f/d) in the field of structural engineering with many years of professional experience in the areas of responsibility mentioned and a willingness to pursue professional development
as well as many years of professional experience in project management and control of complex construction projects in-depth knowledge of public procurement law confident use of HOAI and AHO advanced German language skills (at least C level)
