WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU TO START AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AS Technical System Planner (m/f/d) specializing in electrical engineering up to EG 6 TVöD VKA

for the LWL Construction and Real Estate Management Department in the Technical Building Equipment, Electrical Engineering, and Communications Technology Division in the Electrical Engineering and Conveyor Technology Section. We offer a permanent full-time position (39 hours/week). Part-time work is also possible. Please apply, quoting reference number 9012.

Other employees who can demonstrate equivalent skills and experience based on many years of professional activity (at least 4 years of relevant professional experience). This includes, in particular, applicants with further training as a master craftsman in the field of electrical engineering or with completed vocational training as an electronics technician with many years of professional experience in the aforementioned areas of responsibility and a willingness to pursue professional development
as well as many years of professional experience in an engineering office and/or in a company executing technical building equipment projects (all HOAI service phases) (desirable) Confident use of CAD and Office programs (excerpt of software used at LWL-BLB: AutoCad, Revit Architecture, DIALux,
Microsoft Office package), experience in the field of BIM is advantageous - good technical knowledge of construction - ability to work independently Ability to work in a team - a high degree of organizational and social skills - ability to work independently and on one's own responsibility - economic approach and results-oriented way of working - high willingness to learn and commitment
- Advanced German language skills (at least C level) YOUR TASKS - Creating draft and implementation plans as well as detailed drawings with a focus on electrical engineering according to the specifications of an engineer - On-site surveys of building services/electrical engineering systems and system components
