Exclusively for the members of the bdla, a model for subcontractor contracts was developed by the association's legal advisor Dr. Sebastian Schattenfroh.
It is the result of an intensive coordination process with committed members of the bdla working groups Economy and Landscape Planning.
The contract is available in three versions for specific cases of application. Components are paragraphs for the agreement of services, project handling, fees, supplementary agreements as well as conflict avoidance and resolution.
The new sample contracts are available for download to members of the bdla in the internal area of the website.
