Entries are now open for the competition at the 2027 International Garden Festival in Chaumont-sur-Loire, France.
Since its inception in 1992, this prestigious event has been one of the most important international platforms for contemporary garden and landscape design. The theme of this year’s competition is ‘Gardens of Love’. The organisers are seeking innovative designs for temporary show gardens in the French city on the Loire. The selected projects will be realised during the festival season and presented to the public next year. The deadline for applications is 3 November 2026.
