On 24 June 2026, registered landscape architects will have the opportunity to join the Architecture Cooperative (ARKO) as founding members and play an active role in shaping the digital future of their profession.

The co-operative, initiated by several institutes of architects, aims to strengthen the digital sovereignty of architectural practices, establish common standards for building and project data, and safeguard know-how and copyright. An independent, profession-led data infrastructure is intended to provide an alternative to provider-dependent platforms.

During the general meeting, the articles of association will be adopted, the first members admitted and the supervisory board elected. Founding members will also benefit from preferential terms of use for future ARKO services. Participation is via the acquisition of shares.
