The ASIA Framework Collective Agreement 2026 is now available and provides an updated basis for working conditions in architectural, engineering and planning practices.
The non-binding collective agreement sets out the key framework conditions of the employment relationship, including working hours, annual leave and other labour law standards for employees in the sector. The ASIA Framework Collective Agreement is a set of rules agreed between the Employers’ Association of Self-Employed Engineers and Architects (ASIA) and the social partners, which establishes uniform framework conditions for employment contracts for employees in design offices.
