On 13 November 2017, the 10th bdla Business Forum will take place at the Festung Marienberg conference centre in Würzburg.

The anniversary event will focus on contracts and agreements of various kinds: bdla legal advisor Dr. Sebastian Schattenfroh will report on the new law on contracts for work and services, which will come into force on 1 January 2018.

Fee agreements should be negotiated at an early stage. A frequent point of contention is the extent to which technical installations in outdoor facilities can be included in the fee for the planning of outdoor facilities. Practical regulations that take into account the interests of both clients and contractors will be discussed, and the bdla brochure on cost group 540, which will be published in October, will be presented.

Office handovers also require clear regulations. As with the architect fee it concerns among other things the price. Straight one with middle and larger planning offices office values are reached, which overtax the transferee. Creative solutions are therefore required. Management consultant Jörg T. Eckhold presents appropriate purchase price models. In addition, the former owner and the new partner of a Berlin planning office will report on their experiences.

Last but not least, there will be a discussion on how the market for planning services is currently developing and what offices will have to adjust to in the future.

The bdla economic forum is an event and discussion offer of the bdla - open for all economically thinking and acting in offices, offices and authorities.
