German Landscape Architecture Award to Baakenpark, Hamburg

Jury awards one first prize and nine awards
Award ceremony on 20 September 2019 at the Allianz Forum in Berlin

The competition for the German Landscape Architecture Award 2019 has been decided.

The first prize goes to the Baakenpark - place of longing in the eastern HafenCity, Hamburg., design author Atelier LOIDL Landscape Architects, Berlin. This was decided by the jury on 12 April 2019 in Berlin.

At their meeting at the German Architecture Centre, the eleven judges appointed by the bdla, led by jury chair Prof. Inga Hahn, Hahn Hertling von Hantelmann, Hamburg/Berlin, sifted through the 35 nominated works, awarding the First Prize as well as awards in nine categories.
