Seminar on November 16, 2022 in Hamburg-Harburg

Profitability, efficiency as well as strategic business orientation are the big topics in young offices. They are often fraught with uncertainties. In the workshop on November 16, 2022 on the premises of the Lorenz von Ehren tree nursery, Hamburg-Harburg, Dipl. Ing. Ralph Wölffing-Seelig will present the diverse instruments of the HOAI. Claus Rödding, WES LandschaftsArchitektur, Hamburg, will deal with questions of personnel planning and calculation.

The following key areas will be considered in the workshop:
- Arguments and working aids to fee assessment,
- offer design and order negotiations,
- topics to personnel planning and calculation,
- questions in the office management to growth in connection with economic risks.

The workshop, conceived of the bdla working group young landscape architects, wants to give suggestions to tackle the enterprise development courageously and strategically, to (er)know the own economic basic conditions and to consider "signals". The free seminar offers broad space for discussion and individual questions from the circle of participants.

An urban tree safari through the quarters of the Lorenz von Ehren tree nursery rounds off the program of the 3rd Young Landscape Architecture Workshop.
