6th bdla Planting Planner Days on 16 and 17 June 2023 in Mannheim
With an ever increasing densification of cities, advancing climate change and growing interest in urban greening, the use of plants is currently gaining importance in the industry. New planting concepts must be developed for extreme locations or site conditions.
During the 6th bdla Plant Planners' Days, which will take place on the occasion of this year's Federal Horticultural Show in Mannheim, on June 16, 2023, the focus will be on four main topics:
- Urban trees and trees as national heritage,
- urban biodiversity,
- stress-resistant and drought-tolerant planting designs, and
- Designing with plants in times of climate change.
To this end, planning tips, new standards and current research results will be presented.
A versatile excursion program on 17 June, among other things on the BUGA to the Spinelli park and to the show and sight garden Hermannshof, completes the successful bdla advanced training series.
The meeting addresses itself to Landschaftsarchitekt:innen in planning offices and authorities as well as to specialists of the horticulture and landscape gardening and the tree nursery economy.
Deadline for registration was June 2, 2023.
