The bdla Baden-Württemberg e.V. has once again awarded a Germany Scholarship for the winter semester 2025 / summer semester 2026 on the Landscape Architecture degree programme at the University of Applied Sciences for Business and the Environment, Nürtingen-Geislingen (HfWU), with a view to supporting the next generation of professionals.
On 2 December 2025, a ceremony was held in lecture theatres UG 2 and UG 3 in Geislingen to present the certificates to the scholarship recipients.
On behalf of bdla Baden-Württemberg e. V., Birke Hörner, the Baden-Württemberg spokesperson on the bdla Working Group on Training, presented the certificate to Ms Sina Amelie Schopp.
For the duration of the scholarship, Ms Schopp will benefit from a free bdla Junior membership of the regional association.
Should she be interested, and provided her time allows, she is welcome to participate in the work of the executive committee and to help organise events and training courses run by the bdla regional association.

Germany
Scholarship The Germany Scholarship is the largest public-private partnership in the field of education ever established.
More than 8,000 sponsors are already taking part. Together, they foster a culture of scholarship that secures Germany’s leading position in the long term.
Due to demographic change, there is already a shortage of highly qualified specialists.
The German higher education landscape offers conditions that are unique worldwide for committed and talented students.
However, only around five per cent of students in this country currently receive a scholarship – so there is plenty of room for improvement.
The grant amount for one Germany Scholarship is a one-off payment of 1,800 euros.
Why not become a sponsor for the Germany Scholarship for the winter semester 2026 / summer semester 2027?
