The bdla Berlin/Brandenburg has performed very well in the election for the 10th representative assembly of the Berlin Chamber of Architects.

As before, two bdla representatives were elected on the list of freelance landscape architects and, for the first time, two bdla representatives were elected on the list of other (employed/civil servant) landscape architects. In addition, the bdla again provides a vice president.

In detail the following were elected:
Udo Bode, freelance landscape architect bdla
Katrin Fischer-Distaso, landscape architect bdla
Daniel Sprenger, freelance landscape architect bdla
Stephan Strauss, landscape architect bdla

We see this as a vote of confidence to continue to work at the various levels in the Berlin Chamber of Architects for the preservation, planning and development of open spaces in Berlin and its green infrastructure. Especially in the context of the rapidly growing city, the environment and landscape as well as consistent greening of buildings are gaining immense importance.

At the constituent meeting of the 10th Representative Assembly of the Berlin Chamber of Architects on 27 April 2017, our bdla colleague Daniel Sprenger was elected Vice President of the Chamber. Thus, after Stephan Strauss, the bdla once again provides the vice president of the chamber!
