In the field of tension between the client and the executing contractor, it is the landscape architect's responsibility to ensure that the contractual services are implemented free of defects and in accordance with the recognized rules of technology and to accompany the client in asserting his claims and rights. This seminar provides a practice-oriented introduction to the technical and legal particularities of site management for landscape architects.

Based on the rights and obligations of the landscape architect in charge of construction, these special features will be discussed using concrete examples from practice. The seminar refreshes and deepens the knowledge of the VOB/B. Each seminar part stands for itself, but can also be used as an introduction to the seminar series Construction Supervision in the Practice of Landscape Architects.
