The kick-off event "Holzbau macht sichtbar Unterschied" on November 22, 2023 will focus on pioneering projects. Christian Taufenbach (Managing Director of Element-A Architekten from Heidelberg/Munich) will report on his project that won the 2023 Timber Construction Award, the German Alpine Association Federal Headquarters, and describe the implementation and success of an almost impossible conversion. Patrik Stremler (Managing Director of Dietrich, Untertrifaller Architekten ZT GmbH) will provide insights into his timber construction portfolio, planning attitudes, approaches and convictions.

The second event on January 17, 2024 is entitled: "Ick gloob ick spinne! - Timber construction conquers Berlin" and will focus on what is happening in the capital in terms of timber construction. Giving an insight into the capital: Susanne Scharabi (SCHARABI Architekten PartG mbB), Jörg Finkbeiner (Partner Partner Architekten) and Sun Jensch (DAPB - Deutsche Agentur für Politikberatung GmbH).

On February 21, 2024, we will see what happens at: "Timber construction meets life cycle assessment" - because its influence is clearly making itself felt. We'll talk about what's happening: Holger König (Ascona Gesellschaft für ökologische Projekte) and Carsten Joost (blu Gesellschaft für nachhaltige Immobilienprojekte mbH).

At the end on March 13, 2024, the focus will be on: "ROOTS experiences". After completion of the construction work, various experts and disciplines will have their say to share their experiences. Field reports will come from: Benedikt Pielmeier (Garbe Immobilien-Projekte GmbH), Uta Meins (Störmer Murphy and partners GmbH), Fynn Rösch (ASSMANN BERATEN PLANEN GmbH), Oliver Fried (Rubner Holzbau GmbH) and Lisa Ansel (HAHN Consult Ingenieurgesellschaft für Tragwerksplanung und Baulichen Brandschutz mbH).
