On 16 and 17 January 2026, around 500 landscape architects from German-speaking countries will gather for the bdla Site Managers’ Forum, our profession’s networking event. This time, the event will take place at a new venue: the Stadthalle Hagen.
The focus will once again be on legal issues such as the legally compliant review of supplementary construction contracts in service phase 8, contracts for work and services from a construction management perspective, and the IPA in private construction and public procurement law. In addition to updates on regulatory developments, the seminar will specifically address how to deal with conflicting regulations concerning concrete paving, level-access thresholds and accessibility.
The balancing act between technical specifications and creative freedom in design will also be discussed. Furthermore, there will be practical insights into modern irrigation systems and the application of soil protection regulations.
To round off the two-day training course, the programme includes two compact seminars on the ZTV Wegebau 2022 (to be repeated in 2025 due to high demand) and on soil protection/soil remediation, as well as four interesting field trips. Participation is optional.
