With a burst of Nordic energy, the Association of German Landscape Architects (bdla) launched the North German Landscape Architecture Prize for the first time. The competition sought outstanding projects in the field of open-space and landscape design in Bremen, Hamburg, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Lower Saxony and Schleswig-Holstein.
At last, the cat is out of the bag: on Friday 4 September, the winners were announced and honoured during a gala awards ceremony at Hamburg’s Oberhafen.
