We will visit one of Bremen's largest urban development projects, the approx. 20-hectare site of the former Brinkmann tobacco factory.
A new district is being created here with a mixture of residential and working areas, with most of the old buildings being retained.
In addition to apartments, a hotel, the Boulevardtheater with 376 seats, the Bremen Philharmonic Orchestra with an orchestra hall with 373 seats, a bouldering hall and the Center for Art have been set up here on an area of over 5000 m².
The tour will be accompanied by Axel König, Head of Division South of the Building Department.
